My name is Martha, my pronouns are she/her and I am a freelance artist!
I first started drawing when I was young, but started taking it seriously last 2019.I want to use my art to make people happy, and inspire other artists just as other artists have inspired me; as well as use the artistic skills I picked up to draw pieces of art for people who want to see their dream or imagination come to life.Feel free to look around my profile! Terms Of Service

By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.
Any problems with my terms can be discussed beforehand.

I. General

  • My turnaround time is from 1 day to 2 months MAX.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time if I don't feel like drawing it, or if you are proven to have been troublesome in any way to me or any other artists.

  • Do not change my artwork in any way without my permission.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio or in publications such as art books unless you have paid the privacy fee.

  • Commissioned artworks will be published with a watermark on my social media, UNLESS you paid for a privacy fee or we came to an agreement for some other reason.

  • Commissions will only be accepted after you filled out my commissions google form:

Do's & Don't

  • Will Draw: Original characters, ship art, humanoids, humans, anthros, suggestive art (+18), NSFW (+18)

  • Will not draw: severe gore, problematic stuff, mecha, ferals

II. Payment

  • I only take PayPal.

  • Payment is done in USD.

  • I do not entertain refunds.

  • There are different price tiers for commercial use, let me know if you want commercial use artwork and what you will use it for.

  • After we have discussed the commission and I sent a watermarked sketch you are obligated to pay full upfront

  • Failure to send the finished product on my end within the given rush time will result in a FULL refund.

III. Buyer Rights

Personal Use:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use (wallpaper, icons, avatar, and personal prints) unless agreed otherwise. (Buyer can upload the artwork on their social media profiles, forums, etc.)

  • Print the artwork and claim the character/s as their own, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use the artwork for their YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

  • Remove my watermark.

  • Claim the artwork as yours.

Commercial Use:

IV. Progress Updates

  • All commission progress will be updated here.

  • You may request for a follow-up on your commission. Progress shots can only be sent once the commission has been started.

  • All customers that pay for rush fee will immediately be put at the top of the list.

V. Revision Policy

  • You have THREE chances to ask for a revision, unless it was a design detail I missed.

  • Big changes(such as pose, arm placement, clothing changes, hairstyle, setting, shading, etc.) are subject to extra fees. I will let you know if the change requested requires an extra fee.

  • Complete character change is regarded as a separate commission.

  • Small additions to the character(ie. glasses, simple jewelry) will not have additional charges.

VI. Breach of Contract

  • Once the buyer intentionally breaks ANY of the terms stated in my terms, I, the artist (IllunisDimitrivee), will be granted full rights to the artwork and the authority to use the artwork for whatever I decide to use it for.

  • Any appeals will be entertained, however, the rules will strictly be reinforced unless given a valid reason and/or alibi.

VII. NSFW policy
I am not open to certain extreme fetishes ( Such as- scat, waterboarding, watersports. ) . ASK ME before commissioning.Certain fetishes may increase the price of the commission.I will require ID proof that you are 18 years old or over in order to order a NSFW commission from me. You will send me picture of your D.O.B from your ID (you can censor the rest) and your username written aswell as the current date. Or if you are in a server the same as I am and you happen to be ID verified, you arent required to ID proof me aswell.By commissioning any mature content ( NSFW ) you agree you are a legal adult ( Above the age of 18 ) and have no legal restrictions against buying mature sexual content. If you are found to have gone against this, you may solely be held accountable by law and will be blacklisted and publicly bewared.
